Aditi Joshi

Research Manager

Aditi Joshi (she/they) serves as the Research Manager for the Health and Human Rights Program's FAM Evaluation. Her background in qualitative research and participatory design inform her evaluation of San Francisco's pilot foster care program for youth who have experienced or at risk of commercial sexual exploitation. Before joining HRC, Joshi worked as a design researcher at the non-profit Code for America, where she researched, visualized, and developed policy to implement automatic record clearance across the country. She also worked at the Philadelphia Service Design Studio, where she worked with the city's unhoused population to redesign Philadelphia's Office of Homelessness' prevention, diversion, and intake program. Joshi holds a Master's degree in design innovation and citizenship from the Glasgow School of Art and a Bachelor's in engineering design from Olin College of Engineering.
