The Health and Human Rights Program at HRC is hiring a Graduate Student Researcher beginning October 9, 2023 through May 20, 2024, with a strong possibility of extension, to assist with HRC’s groundbreaking research on three new interventions for San Francisco foster youth who have experienced or are at risk of commercial sexual exploitation (CSE). This project aims to develop specialized supports for CSE-affected youth that can be replicated throughout California. This position is for current UC Berkeley students only. The Health and Human Rights Program at HRC is hiring a Graduate Student Researcher beginning October 2023 through May 2024, with possible extension into the summer, for a research initiative to strengthen efforts to support LGBTQI+ children and adolescents in humanitarian settings. This two-year project will include formative research to develop new child protection case management guidance, as well as mixed methods operational research in two countries with service providers and LGBTQI+ children, adolescents, and young adults.
