Justice

We investigate international crimes, build legal cases, and strengthen the ability of lawyers and investigators to responsibly integrate digital technologies and artificial intelligence into practice. Our work focuses on emerging challenges at the intersection of international law, armed conflict, and technology. We also strengthen global capacity by training international justice professionals and engaging with stakeholders to ensure that technological advancements serve the public good.

International Investigations

We bridge emerging technologies with legal investigation, using satellite imagery, responsible AI-assisted analysis, and advanced open-source methods to uncover and verify evidence of international crimes. Our interdisciplinary teams innovate new techniques to meet the evidentiary challenges posed by modern conflict.

Case-Building and Litigation Support

We conduct independent investigations into war crimes and human-rights violations, translating digital and field-gathered evidence into actionable case theory. Our work supports international courts, national prosecutors, commissions of inquiry, fact-finding missions, and strategic-litigation partners seeking justice for mass atrocities and technology-enabled harms.

Legal and Policy Engagement

We advise states, multilateral institutions, and technology companies on how emerging technologies intersect with international law. This includes contributing to policy frameworks on digital evidence, cyber-enabled crimes, AI accountability, and safeguards against misuse. By connecting practitioners, policymakers, and industry leaders, we help ensure that legal systems keep pace with technological change.
