The New Forensics: Using Open Source Information to Investigate Grave Crimes highlights discussion, conclusions, and recommendations from an historic workshop on evidence collection and legal accountability that the Human Rights Center hosted at the Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Center in Italy last fall.
